What began in 1971 as a small Jodhpur kachori stall is now a pan-India namkeen brand. We never stopped making it the same way — fresh atta, fresh onion filling, hand-folded, deep-fried in pure ghee, ready when you arrive.

    It begins.

    First Jodhpur Kachori stall opens in Gumanpura, Kota.

    Second generation.

    Family expands the range — sev, mathri, jalebi join the menu.

    Online-first.
